Hernan Perla

Hernan Perla has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 at Duke University as an Information Technology Help Desk Supervisor. Hernan then moved on to Broadridge in 2014, where they held various roles such as Associate Revenue Analyst, Business Development Analyst, Product Manager, Product Strategist, and Manager Corporate Strategy. In 2021, they joined First Performance as a Senior Product Manager before moving to Kasa in 2022, where they first served as a Senior Product Manager and later transitioned into the role of Product Lead. Throughout their roles, Hernan has demonstrated expertise in product management, strategy evaluation, and business development.

Hernan Perla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Iberian Studies from Duke University in 2013. In January 2019, they obtained a certification as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
