Kathy I. Locke

Kathy I. Locke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President, COO, and Owner of French Awning & Screen Company since August 2023, Kathy has also held the position of Production General Manager at Kasai North America, Inc. since July 2013, overseeing production activities and coordinating schedules for optimal efficiency. Previous roles include Plant KPS Manager, where Kathy drove the implementation of Kasai Production System principles, and Training Coordinator, focusing on employee training initiatives. Earlier in Kathy's career, positions included Teacher/Coach at Madison County Schools, Director of Operations at Ambling Management Company, and Area Coordinator at Middle Tennessee State University. Kathy holds a Master of Education in Admin & Supervision and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics, both from Middle Tennessee State University.
