Haridas KS has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Haridas started their career at E-serve International - CITI Bank as an Account Executive in 2001. Haridas then worked at American Express Bank as a Credit Manager from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they joined Hewitt Associates as a Project Leader from 2006 to 2008. Haridas then worked at Royal Bank of Scotland, starting as a Center Manager from 2008 to 2012, and later transitioning to the role of Change Manager from 2012 to 2013. Haridas then joined B & G as a Managing Partner, where they successfully grew the company's revenue from 1.5 million to 6 million in two years. Currently, Haridas is a Co-Founder at Kasetti Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they play a crucial role in executing the company's vision and driving hyper-growth.

Haridas KS obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from M.E.S College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-3 from 1996 to 2000. Haridas also completed an Executive Program in International Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2014-2015. Additionally, Haridas attended St Joseph's Boys High School from 1990 to 1996.
