Jaisingh Yadav

Jaisingh Yadav is an experienced manager with a strong background in NOC services and support. Currently serving as a Manager at ConnectWise since May 2022, Jaisingh previously held the position of Sr. Team Manager and NOC Operation Head at Value Point Systems Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included providing end-to-end IT infrastructure support and improving customer satisfaction for managed service providers. Before that, Jaisingh spent over thirteen years at ConnectWise as a Senior Operations Manager - NOC, focusing on work direction, service level agreements, process improvements, and training junior team leaders.
