Nicole Lafreniere

Nicole LaFreniere is a seasoned professional in consulting and implementation services, currently serving as the Director of Global Consulting at Kaseya since June 2024. In this role, Nicole oversees a team of over 50 consultants across the Americas and APAC regions, facilitating onboarding and consulting for a comprehensive suite of 40+ products in the Kaseya IT Complete Platform. Prior experience includes a senior management position at Datto, where Nicole led the Americas implementation services for a SaaS data protection firm with over 18,000 clients. Notable earlier roles at Datto and Autotask Corporation involved managing implementation projects, technical support, and client engagement strategies.
