Rebecca Battles

Rebecca Battles has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Rebecca most recently served as the Global Vice President of HR/People at Kaseya starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President of People and Culture, North America at SIXT from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Rebecca was the Director of Human Resources at Bacardi, where they were responsible for HR strategy and people expansion planning. Rebecca also worked as a Global Human Resource Business Partner at Tequila Patrón Spirits from 2015 to 2018. Rebecca was a Human Resource Business Partner at United Allergy Services from 2012 to 2015 and held multiple roles at IBM (formerly Kenexa) from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they were a Field Operations Human Resource Manager at Target from 2002 to 2006.

Rebecca Battles obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Marketing from Baylor University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
