Fayth Centeno, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Office Management. Fayth began their career in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant at Schwartz Harmon Levin & Milano, where they greeted incoming clients, maintained managing partners' schedules and calendars, and ordered and inventoried supplies. Fayth then moved to Jo Machinist Architect in 1998 as an Office Manager, where they composed and prepared routine and confidential correspondence, maintained contractors schedules, and managed office efficiency. In 2005, they transitioned to Tba Global Events as an Office Manager, where they liaised with Human Resources Manager on all employee related forms processing and calendar management. In 2006, they joined Seeds of Peace as a Senior Manager, Global Human Resources and Administration, where they managed the HR department, worked closely with executive leadership and line management, and acted as an HR and Operations thought provider. In 2018, they began working as an HR Consultant for The Law Office of Elisa Hyman and Synergos. Fayth then moved to Orbis International in 2018 as an Interim Talent Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined TCC Group as a Human Resources Manager and in 2022, they joined Kashable as a People Operations and Culture Manager.
