Zahra Kashi

Zahra Kashi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of laboratory sciences. Zahra started their career in 2003 at the American Red Cross, where they served as a Laboratory Director, Clinical Consultant, and Technical Supervisor. In 2006, they joined Kashi Clinical Laboratories as the CEO and Lab Director, specializing in histocompatibility and immunogenetics studies and molecular analyses for various clinical conditions. In 2013, they became the Laboratory Director at VRL Eurofins Laboratories. Most recently, they joined IU Health University Hospital in 2020 as a Clinical Consultant, Laboratory Director, and Technical Supervisor. Throughout their career, Zahra has consistently demonstrated their expertise and commitment to providing high-quality diagnostic solutions.

Zahra Kashi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Immunology from Portland State University, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Prior to their PhD, they completed a Master's degree in Immunology at Portland State University between 1991 and 1995. In 1988 to 1989, Zahra received their Bachelor's of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Oregon Health & Science University.
