Asma Bandey

Asma Bandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and customer success, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Kashmiri Tea House since August 2018. Previously held various key positions, including Director of Customer Success and Growth at Turing Labs Inc. from April 2021 to January 2025, and Global Commercial Manager at BrightEdge from 2015 to 2017. Asma has also contributed to organizations such as Econsultancy as an Enterprise Account Manager for EMEA and the Americas, and PR Newswire as an Investor Relations Business Development Manager. Additional experience includes project management in capital markets at Marcus Evans and public relations advisory roles at KashmirCorps. Asma holds an MA in Political Communication from City St George’s, University of London, and a BA in Business Management with Marketing from the University of Westminster.
