Shiva Lotfi

Shiva Lotfi, CPHR, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Shiva was a People & Organization Business Partner at Wood from November 2017 to April 2019, focusing on change management, leadership development, and performance management. Shiva's career includes significant experience as a Human Resources Business Partner/Manager at WSP in Canada from August 2009 to May 2017, where responsibilities included supporting over 400 employees and implementing strategic HR programs.
