Stephen Martin has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Stephen started their career as a Systems Programmer at Dofasco in 1986 and then became a Systems Administrator at Boeing Canada, DeHavilland Division in 1988. In 1989, they joined LSI Logic as the Manager of Network Communications, where they were responsible for managing a network of Unix servers and workstations.

In 1994, Stephen worked at Fujitsu Systems Business of Canada as a Systems Engineer before moving to e-Commerce Inc. as a Sr. Internet Engineer. At e-Commerce Inc., they acted as a product manager, principal designer, and author of a web application framework.

In 1996, Stephen joined Mortice Kern Systems (MKS) as a Sr. Developer, where they worked on designing and implementing a corporate framework shared by the entire MKS product family. Stephen also played a key role in developing a revision control system for web-based content management.

In 1999, Stephen joined Daleen Technologies/Inlogic Software as a Team Lead, where they were a software architect, developer, and team lead for the catalog component of a self-management portal targeted at the telco industry. Stephen was also an active member of an internal committee overseeing the standardization of the corporate SDLC.

From 2000 to 2015, Stephen worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President.

In 2015, they worked as an Advisor at nanoPay inc and then joined Kasisto, Inc. as a Principal DevOps Engineer, where they currently hold the position.

Stephen Martin completed their undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Western University from 1981 to 1985, earning a degree of HBSc.
