Leroy Kwateh

Leroy Kwateh currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Top Self Training, a company dedicated to youth development through athletic training, and as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, where significant contributions have been made to team culture and performance. With a background in hospitality management as a Bar Manager for A'BriTin Catering & Hospitality and currently as a Bartender at Kaskaid Hospitality, Leroy has extensive experience overseeing operations and high-volume events. Previous leadership roles include serving as Senior Vice President for Delta Sigma Phi-Epsilon Iota Chapter and a history of customer service as a server at Apple American Group LLC and Apple & Associates. Leroy Kwateh holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University and has completed undergraduate studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
