Usman Rasheed

Usman Rasheed has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Usman founded and served as the CEO of Kaspar Holdings since January 2016. In 2019, they joined Nokia as the NPO & Analytics Sales Manager, and later became the NPO Business Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Telecel Zimbabwe as the Manager of the Radio Access Network from 2014 to 2015. Usman also worked at Nokia as an RF Planning & Optimization Consultant from 2009 to 2013. Before that, they worked as a Radio Frequency Planning Optimization Engineer for multiple telecom companies from 2004 to 2009.

Usman Rasheed's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Cadet College Hasanabdal for high school, where they focused on pre-engineering. Usman then went on to the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Electrical. Most recently, in 2021, Usman enrolled at the University of Johannesburg to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
