Sergey Lozhkin

Sergey Lozhkin is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Head of the Global Research and Analysis Team (GReAT) for Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Kaspersky since December 2021. With a strong background in malware reverse engineering, threat hunting, and cybercrime research, Sergey holds roles as a Principal Security Researcher and Lead Security Researcher within GReAT. Prior to Kaspersky, Sergey was employed at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President of Cybersecurity Operations and held various positions at Kaspersky, including Senior Security Researcher. Additionally, Sergey brings experience from Walt Disney World as an Information Technology Security Manager and from Gemalto as an IT Engineer, alongside early career experience as a Police Detective in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation focusing on high-technology crime investigations. Sergey holds a Master's Degree in Homeland Security from the Omsk Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
