Lisa Wideman is the current Chief People Officer at Kaspien. Lisa has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources, including executive-level positions at Bank of America Merchant Services and Providence Health & Services. Lisa has a proven track record of driving HR processes, strategic planning, organizational alignment, change management, culture development, and best practice implementation. Lisa has also been responsible for employee relations, training initiatives, leadership development programs, policy design, communication, and feedback. Lisa is known for their ability to develop strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels and across multiple lines of business. Lisa has been recognized for their work in transforming service and sales operations and for creating and implementing HR training programs for leaders.

Lisa Wideman has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Journalism from Eastern Washington University.
