Hassan Ahmed

Hassan Ahmed is an Anaesthetic Consultant and Intensive Care specialist with a focus on Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Regional Anaesthesia at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust since February 2021. Concurrently, Hassan serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Leeds. With extensive academic involvement, Hassan has been an Associate Professor, Clinical Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer at Kasr AlAiny School of Medicine, Cairo University since May 2011. Previous experience includes roles as a Resident Physician and Clinical Fellow at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, an Adjunct Lecturer at University College Cork, and various positions related to anaesthesia and pain management in Ireland. Hassan's extensive education includes certificates and degrees from prominent institutions, culminating in a Doctor of Medicine from Cairo University.
