Jim Rhinehart

Jim Rhinehart is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Project Executive at Kast Construction since 2014, Jim has driven performance on high-profile projects such as the $93 million Palmetto Promenade and the $95 million Akoya at Boca West, both in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to this role, Jim held senior project management positions at TutorPerini Florida Division, overseeing significant projects like the $198 million New Broward County Courthouse. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University, along with early engineering training at the General Motors Engineering and Management Institute, Jim combines technical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure project success.
