Steven Smith

Steven Smith is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management. Currently, as the Director of Sales, Outdoor Video at Kastle Systems since January 2012, Steven drives revenue by supervising a national sales team and has been recognized for year-over-year success and leadership skills. Prior roles include creating a new business unit in remote video guarding and fire prevention solutions, serving as Manager of Business Development at Guardsmark, and holding account management positions at McGrath Systems and Johnson, Kendall & Johnson. Steven earned an MBA from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Scranton.
