Nhi Tran (Zoey)

Nhi Tran, also known as Zoey, has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Starting in 2014, they served as the Head of Content for the "Tiep Lua Tai Nang" Program by Quoc Hoc - Hue High School Alumni, where they led a team responsible for preparing competition content and training winning students. Moving forward, they joined the FTU2 Japanese Club in 2013 and held roles as Vice President and Member of the Research & Application Department. During their time there, they managed project schedules, monitored progress, and maintained relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In 2017, Nhi had two internships. First, they worked at Prema Joint Stock Company as a Marketing & Project Intern for two months. Later on, they joined Viên Quản lý dự án Atoha as a Content Editor, where they translated and prepared project management training materials, designed marketing materials, and managed customer and stakeholder relations.

In 2018, Nhi served as a Business Development Assistant at Equis, focusing on assisting business development efforts. Nhi then moved on to KMS Technology, Inc. in 2019, where they worked as a Business Analyst, before joining Katalon in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager.

Nhi Tran (Zoey) obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Foreign Trade University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also attained various certifications throughout their education journey. These include the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in February 2020, the Business Analysis Fundamentals certification from Udemy in January 2019, and the SQL Fundamentals course certification from SoloLearn in November 2018. Nhi also completed the Three Emerging Careers for IT Business Analysts course in November 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the Python 3 Tutorial Course certification from SoloLearn in October 2018 and the Microsoft Office Specialist - Office Word 2010 certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in April 2015.
