Cole Dillon

Cole Dillon has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2009 to 2010, they were an Inside Sales Consultant and Sales Development Specialist at EF Education First. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Student Advisor, Student Relations Specialist, and Graduate Admissions Counselor at Ashford University. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Onboarding Coach Lead and Customer Advocate at Zen Planner. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been a Co-Founder & Chief Experience Officer and Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at Katalyst.

Cole Dillon attended Suffolk University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Relations. In 2007, they also attended Bond University for International Relations. In 2011, they attended Ashford University and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General in 2012.
