Christina De Giovanni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christina currently works at Katana Cloud Manufacturing as a People and Culture Manager, where they are responsible for onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and candidate experience. Christina also manages the recruiting process for North American and NZ based roles. Prior to this, Christina worked as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead at Katana, where they utilized various tools and platforms to attract and hire skilled individuals. Before joining Katana, Christina served as a Customer Success Manager at the same company, where they supported clients throughout their journey and provided assistance through chat, email, and video help sessions. Other companies they have worked for include Microsoft, where they worked as an Education Expert, and Team Pepka Keller Williams Realty On The Water, where they served as a Marketing Manager & Team Leader. Christina also has experience as a Digital Marketing Director and Client Success Manager as a 1099 Consultant, as well as roles at Apple and Macy's.

Christina De Giovanni received their Diploma from Bishop Verot Catholic High School, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Christina then attended Florida State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences.
