Kadri Alekõrs

Kadri Alekõrs is an experienced talent acquisition and HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and people management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Engineering and Product at Katana Manufacturing ERP since April 2022, Kadri focuses on sourcing skilled individuals to contribute to the company's mission. As Co-Founder and Head of Career Service at Cerebrum Hub since October 2021, Kadri is dedicated to providing reskilling opportunities within the IT sector to address talent shortages. Previously, Kadri held various human resources roles at BDO Estonia, HR & Talent, AS Tallink Group, and other organizations, showcasing expertise in HR consulting, recruitment, onboarding, and project management. Academically, Kadri holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.
