Kimberly Dasse, Esq., CAMS, CIPP/US has over 14 years of experience in legal, compliance, and privacy roles. From 2006 to 2008, they were an Intern and Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Avram H. Schreiber and an Assistant to the Director of Operations at the Housing Equality Law Project. In 2010, they were a Compliance Business Partner, Privacy and Critical Inquiry Department at Humana. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Corporate Counsel at IGATE, Compliance Manager at Bill.com, and Corporate & Product Counsel at Finxera. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Director of Legal and Compliance at Wyre, and from 2019 to 2022, they were the Head of Compliance and Director of Compliance at Plastiq. Currently, they are the Director of Legal and Compliance at Katapult.

Kimberly Dasse, Esq., CAMS, CIPP/US has a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.A. in Sociology with a Minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Kimberly holds certifications from the ACAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, 2018) and IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals (Certified Information Privacy Professional, 2014). Kimberly is also a member of the State Bar of California and the New York Bar.
