Patricia Townsend

Patricia Townsend has a long history of work experience in the Human Resources field. Patricia began their career in 1993 as a Human Resources Manager for Tridon. In 1998, they moved to Celestica, where they served as an HR Business Partner, providing human resources support and collaborating with other HR Business Partners to outsource human resource operations, select contract labor service provider, and develop human resources procedures while making sure to comply with labor law. In 2001, they became the Director of Human Resources for Katayama American Co. Most recently, they have been working as an H.R Consultant for Optimize!HR since 2019.

Patricia Townsend attended Trevecca Nazarene College from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Human Resources. Patricia also attended Trevecca Nazarene University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources.
