Laura Allen

Laura Allen, MHRM, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic partnership. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Kate Therapeutics since March 2024, Laura possesses a strong skill set in total rewards, talent development, employee engagement, and HR compliance. Previously, in the role of Associate Director, HRBP at Bristol Myers Squibb from August 2022 to February 2024, Laura contributed to the transition following the $4.1 billion acquisition of Turning Point Therapeutics, where Laura initially held the same title from September 2021 to February 2024. Laura's earlier roles include various HR positions at Dexcom, where responsibilities spanned from Sr. HR Business Partner to HR Generalist, and at Illumina, where Laura developed expertise in talent acquisition and leader coaching. Laura Allen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from DeVry University and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
