Rachel Hawks

Rachel Hawks has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry. Rachel started their career in 2009 at Athena GTX as an Engineer, gaining experience in various areas including hardware, mechanical, software, research, and regulatory/QA. Rachel then progressed to the role of Senior Engineer, where they focused on mechanical design and regulatory/QA, collaborating with hardware designers and designing device enclosures and assemblies. In 2015, Rachel became the Lead Engineer before transitioning to Operations Manager and eventually Director of Operations. In 2019, they joined Katecho, LLC as a Product Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Quality in 2021.

Rachel Hawks earned a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University in the years 2014 to 2015.
