Alan Fong

Alan Fong is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing software development and delivery across various industries. As a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Kateeva since December 2016, Alan has successfully created and managed a software roadmap, overseen development teams in multiple countries, and established infrastructure for improved issue management. Previously, Alan served as a Senior Software Engineer at Veeco Instruments, developing tool control software for manufacturing tools and spearheading Agile processes. Additional roles include consulting for Skylink Design and Intelligent Mechatronic Systems, and project management at Oryx Instruments and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Alan implemented advanced software solutions utilizing C# and WPF frameworks.
