Natalie Winebaugh

Natalie Winebaugh is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in clinical talent management and healthcare administration. Currently serving as the Clinical Talent Manager at KSB Hospital since December 2021, Winebaugh previously held the position of Manager of Cardiopulmonary Services at Saint Anthony Medical Center from October 2014 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as a registered respiratory therapist at CGH Medical Center and Rockford Memorial Hospital, as well as serving as a Managing Broker with Coldwell Banker Midwest.
