Fiona Ross

Fiona Ross has significant experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as Group Head of People Projects and Group Head of Total Reward at KMD Brands Limited since October 2022. Prior to this role, Fiona has been with Kathmandu since July 2014, holding various positions including Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner. Fiona's earlier career includes roles at Randstad New Zealand as a Business Support Consultant and at Kelly Services NZ Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from managing a large distribution center's staffing needs to administrative functions. Fiona also has experience as a Barrista in London and a Communications Consultant at Telecom New Zealand, where notable sales achievement was recorded. Educational background includes attendance at Marian College from 2000 to 2004.
