Jill (Kerr) Murray has an extensive work experience spanning from 2005 to 2022. Her career began as a Freelance Stylist Assistant in 2005, followed by a Goyard Specialist Assistant at Barneys New York in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an Associate Merchandiser- Accessory & Licensing North America Outlet and Merchandise Assistant- North America Outlet at Esprit. In 2011, they became a Senior Merchandiser- Big & Baby Girl Ecommerce at The Children's Place. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Kendra Scott, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Merchandising, Director of Merchandising, Development & Production, Director of Merchandising & Production, and Merchandise Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Strategic Advisor & Executive Consultant | Product & Operations at Jill Kerr Consulting LLC. In 2020, they co-founded House of Medicinals\u2122, a purpose driven wellness brand delivering plant based, eco-conscious products. In 2022, they will become COO at Katie Kime Inc.

Jill then attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fashion Merchandising Management.
