Kayleigh Munn's work experience begins in 2013 with an internship at Lyn Devon in New York City, where they assisted with various tasks related to the collection and studio. Kayleigh then worked as an Assistant Buyer for the accessories department at Fat Face, managing supplier relationships and negotiating costs. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Junior Buyer for Superdrug, starting in the online department and later moving to the commercial toiletries team. Kayleigh then embarked on a freelance career, working as a Stylist and Art Director for various projects, including shoots for Ecomm, catalogue, and lifestyle. In 2016, they also joined FatFace as a Senior Brand Stylist and Art Director, responsible for creating and styling photographic assets and collaborating with different teams. In 2019, they worked as a Freelance Brand Consultant for nooki design, assisting with showroom management, window displays, and website development. From 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Stylist and Social Creative at Aida Shoreditch, focusing on content creation for a sustainability-focused brand. Kayleigh then served as a Social Media Manager at Bamford, managing social media channels and creating engaging content. Currently, they are employed as an Art Director at Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton, overseeing seasonal campaigns and managing a photography and retouch team. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in concept development, brand storytelling, content creation, and team management.

Kayleigh Munn attended Alton College from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued A Level studies in Art/Art Studies. Afterward, they enrolled at Bath Spa University from 2005 to 2008 and completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree. During their time at Bath Spa University, Kayleigh focused their studies on Cultural Studies and Media Communications, Media Studies, and Photography and English Literature.
