Ramya Rajasekar

Ramya Rajasekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee experience. Currently serving as Employee Experience Lead at KATIM since October 2022, Ramya has held various significant roles, including Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Digital14 and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions at DarkMatter LLC, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and National Bank of Abu Dhabi, where Ramya focused on organization development, talent management, and learning services. Ramya’s career commenced at Infosys as Senior Associate Lead BPHR, encompassing diverse functions such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement. Academically, Ramya holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, a Master’s in Social Work from Christ University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from PSG College of Arts and Science.
