Diana Philp is Senior Government Relations Advisor for Dell Technologies. She is a lawyer with global experience spanning 4 continents, engaging with a multi-stakeholder network and managing projects at the intersection of politics, politics and diplomacy. At Dell, she leads engagement policies and initiatives on a wide range of issues ranging from regulatory and trade compliance, cybersecurity, data, AI and start-ups. It is also committed to risk reduction and prevention, which is its area of ​​expertise.

Prior to joining Dell, she worked on shadow diplomacy issues, providing innovative solutions to various governments around the world in conflict resolution and prevention, hydro-diplomacy and international law. His experience spans leading organizations including the World Economic Forum (WEF-ASEAN), the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UNICTR) in Tanzania, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF ), the Strategic Foresight Group (SFG), the Supreme Court of India and the Independent Diplomat, in the United States.

Diana holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis Law School in Pune, India. She is involved in various processes of social and community construction. She is the co-founder of Harvard Law School Women's Alliance India and sits on the board of non-profit organizations in India and Canada.
