Charlotte Shapiro

Charlotte Shapiro has held various roles in the fashion industry since 2011. Charlotte began their career at Abercrombie & Fitch as an Assistant Merchant for A&F Women's Knit Bottoms, then moved up to Associate Merchant for abercrombie girls' Knit Bottoms, Merchant for Women's Knit Bottoms, and Senior Merchant for Woven Tops. In 2016, they joined ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey) as an Omni Merchant for Woven Tops, then an Omni Merchant for Knit Tops, and finally an Omni Senior Merchant for Knit Tops + Lounge. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Katla.

Charlotte Shapiro attended Duke University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a B.A. in Public Policy and Visual Arts. In 2009, they studied International Political Economy and Political Science at the University of Cape Town.
