Elvir Leonard

Elvir Leonard is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Kato since June 2023, Elvir previously held the same position at William Hill from June 2021 to July 2023, where leadership focused on developing a next-generation Sportsbook API team. Elvir's experience also includes roles as Head of Engineering at The Collective and Chief Technology Officer at Yopa Property, where management of diverse development teams and architecting scalable solutions were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Elvir led product engineering efforts delivering Machine Learning applications at ShipServ and contributed as a Senior Lead Developer/Architect at colourDNA. Educationally, Elvir holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from Middlesex University, obtained from 2003 to 2005.
