Roz Pitts

Roz Pitts has extensive work experience in the legal industry. Roz is currently the Director of Professional Development and Well-Being at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at K&L Gates where they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources from July 2017 to March 2019 and as the Firmwide Talent Director from February 2002 to July 2017. Before joining K&L Gates, Roz worked at Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling (now known as Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney PC) as a Recruiting Coordinator and Marketing Director Assistant from 2001 to 2002, and as an Associate from 1997 to 2001. Roz began their legal career as an Associate at Rhoads & Sinon LLP from 1995 to 1997 and at Barbin & Barbin, P.C. from 1992 to 1995.

Roz Pitts received a JD degree in Law from Penn State Dickinson Law in 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in International Relations and Economics from Boston University in 1989. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Mindfulness in Law Teacher Certification from Warrior One LLC in 2022, Certified Lawyer Coach from Volta Talent Strategies in 2020, and Mental Health First Aid Certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health in April 2019.
