Susan Dixon, SPHR, brings over 23 years of experience in marketing and business development, currently serving the Katy Area Economic Development Council as a Marketing & Business Development professional since November 2023. Previously, Susan held the role of Business Development Manager at Riverway Business Services from April 2023 to November 2023, where a focus on workforce development and high-end staffing solutions was paramount. From February 2015 to March 2023, Susan managed an executive team at the Houston-Galveston Area Council, promoting Workforce Solutions services across a 13-county region. Additionally, from November 2002 to February 2015, as a Senior Business Consultant at Employment & Training Centers, Inc., Susan developed business strategies and fostered employer relationships to address labor trends and needs.
