Tina Cape

Tina Cape has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Tina most recently worked as the Director of Finance and Accounting Services at Katz, Sapper & Miller, where they oversaw client relationships and provided support in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Finance at AccuTemp Products, Inc., where they managed the finance department, created policies and internal controls, and implemented continuous improvement strategies. Tina also worked as a Controller at both AccuTemp Products and Matcor-Matsu Automotive, where they were responsible for financial statement preparation, month-end closings, and cost analysis. Earlier in their career, Tina was a Plant Accountant at Fleetwood, where they managed the Accounting Department and supported the local management team in achieving financial goals. Tina also worked at Fleetwood Parts and Distribution Center for a short period.

Tina Cape pursued their education in a sequential manner. Tina attended Montpelier High School where they focused on accounting and finance studies. Following high school, they enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College from 2008 to 2010, obtaining certifications in accounting. Tina then transferred to Indiana Institute of Technology and completed their Associate of Science in Accounting degree from 2010 to 2011. Tina further continued their studies at the same institute and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree in 2012. Lastly, Tina pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from Indiana Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2014.
