Mauro G. Gonzalez

Mauro G. Gonzalez has extensive work experience in operations management and leadership roles. Mauro G. currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Katzkin Leather Inc., where they are responsible for production, supply chain, and purchasing. Prior to this, Mauro was the Principal Owner of MC Auto group LLC. Mauro G. also held the position of Vice President of Border Operations at FXI from 2015-2018.

From 2010-2015, Mauro worked at Littelfuse, serving as a Site Operations Manager and later as a Plant Manager. Mauro G. was responsible for managing a manufacturing plant with 700 employees and overseeing various processes for circuit protection devices in the automotive industry.

Mauro G. Gonzalez attended the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. Mauro G. holds several additional certifications, including being Green Belt certified from Delphi, a Lead Assessor QS9000 from Neville Clarke, and a Shainin apprentice from Shainin LLC.
