Connie O'Marra

Connie O'Marra is an experienced professional specializing in training and technical assistance for Native American and Alaskan Native communities. As the TTA Coordinator at Tribal Tech, LLC since October 2013, Connie focuses on enhancing mental health systems through strengths-based approaches. In conjunction with this role, Connie has been the Southwest Regional Community Coordinator at Kauffman & Associates since March 2008, where the emphasis is on addressing youth violence, bullying, and suicide through innovative training and community collaboration. Previous experience includes serving as a social worker at Sage Counseling, where assessments and therapy were provided for children, adults, and families, and as a pediatric social worker at Phoenix Indian Medical Center. Connie holds a Master of Social Work from UCLA School of Social Welfare and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from California State University.
