Emma Cui, CFA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial and consulting sectors. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at LongHash Ventures since April 2018, Emma has played a pivotal role in the growth of the firm. Emma is also a member of Class 28 at Kauffman Fellows, starting June 2023. Previously, Emma served on the Executive Committee of the Singapore FinTech Association from July 2019 to February 2021 and was a Strategic Advisor at HashKey Digital Asset Group for a brief period in 2020. Additional experience includes working as an Experienced Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on digital transformation in financial institutions, and holding various positions at ANZ, where Emma developed a comprehensive banking expertise across several regions. Earlier in the career, Emma was a Senior Equity Dealer at Macquarie Bank, executing high-value trades in the equity market. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from the Singapore-MIT Alliance and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
