Erica Duignan Minnihan is a seasoned venture capitalist and leader in the investment community, currently serving as Co-Founder and General Partner of Reign Ventures, where focus is on investing in visionary founders at the Seed stage. Minnihan holds the position of Chairwoman for the SEC Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee and is a Kauffman Fellow, engaged in building a diverse network of investors. With experience as a mentor in the National Science Foundation's Convergence Accelerator and as an Advisory Board Member for Appy Couple, Minnihan's background includes founding 1000 Angels, serving as Executive Director for the STAR Angel Network, and holding various leadership roles in notable venture firms. Minnihan earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Economics from UCLA.
