Maggie Kenefake

Maggie Kenefake is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and private finance sectors, currently serving as a Founding Partner at Iron Prairie Ventures since October 2022. Kenefake holds board and managing director positions at University Venture Fund Crossroads, contributing to educational programs for Kansas City area university students focused on entrepreneurship and private finance. Additional roles include participation as a Kauffman Fellow and being part of various accelerators such as Recast Capital and Coolwater. Previously, Kenefake was a Venture Partner at Royal Street Ventures and Managing Director of the Fountain Innovation Fund at the Enterprise Center in Johnson County, where efforts were directed toward innovation and job growth. With a strong background in fund operations and client services from Portfolia, and extensive management experience from previous roles, Kenefake's educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
