Solomon Hailu is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as a Partner at March Capital since September 2020, focusing on fintech and enterprise software investments from Series A to pre-IPO stages. Additionally, Solomon is a Fellow in Class 28 of Kauffman Fellows and a member of the Young Leaders Circle at the Milken Institute, which supports philanthropic young professionals. As the LA Chapter Lead and Board Member of BLCK VC, Solomon aims to empower black founders and investors. Previous experience includes serving as a Principal at Tusk Ventures, where notable investments included Lemonade and Coinbase, and as an M&A Analyst at Lazard in the Power & Energy Group. Solomon holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia.
