Susan Klusmeier

Susan Klusmeier, Ed.D. currently serves as Chief of Staff at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation since September 2023. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at The University of Kansas from 2016 to 2023, including Vice Provost for Academic Success and Interim Vice Provost for Undergraduate Studies. Previous experience includes roles at the University of Missouri from 2007 to 2016, and residential management at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and The Ohio State University. Susan's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Education from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
