Gratsiela Grigorova

Gratsiela Grigorova is a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Kaufland Bulgaria, a major European grocery chain, since July 2018. With prior experience as a Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist at TBI Bank Bulgaria and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sutherland, Gratsiela has developed expertise in the recruitment process and sourcing channels. Initial experience included roles as an HR Trainee at Adecco Bulgaria and an internship in the Human Resources Department at Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria. Gratsiela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at New Bulgarian University.
