Patrick Rudat

Patrick Rudat has a strong background in retail, with extensive experience at various companies. Patrick started their career as a Cashier at Lidl in Deutschland in 2007 and later became a Bachelor-Student while continuing to work at Lidl. After completing their studies, they held the role of Regional Sales Operations Manager at Lidl in Deutschland for three years. Patrick then became a Senior Project Manager before transitioning to a Regional Sales Operations Manager at Lidl GB. In 2017, they joined Schwarz Dienstleistungen as a Division Manager before moving to Kaufland Deutschland as an Executive Assistant. Patrick quickly advanced to become the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the International Board and later the Managing Director Sales. In 2018, they joined Kaufland Hrvatska k.d. as the Chief Operating Officer and eventually became the CEO of the company in November 2019.

Patrick Rudat received their Abitur from Gymnasium Möckmühl in 2008. Patrick then attended Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Handel.
