Michalina Antosz

Michalina Antosz has extensive experience in recruitment and personnel marketing, currently serving as a Samodzielny Specjalista in the Recruitment and Personnel Marketing Department at Kaufland Polska since December 2019. Responsibilities include independently managing recruitment projects for sales departments across newly opened and existing stores nationwide, as well as managing the candidate database. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Specialist at Adecco, focusing on employee documentation and candidate selection, along with internships at the Archiwum Sądu Okręgowego we Wrocławiu and the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej Oddział we Wrocławiu, where Michalina gained insights into archival operations and documentation organization. Michalina holds a degree from the University of Wroclaw, completed in 2018.
