Torsten Laßmann

Torsten Laßmann is an experienced executive with a strong background in retail management and operations. Since February 2020, Torsten Laßmann has served as Executive Director at Kaufland Romania & Moldova. Prior to this, experience includes a role as Consultant & Project Manager at TL from 2018 to 2019, and Managing Director at REWE Group from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed project leadership for various discount operations in Romania. Earlier positions include Head of Store Operations for the CIS region at METRO AG from 2010 to 2012 and various roles at METRO Deutschland GmbH between 2000 and 2010, including Project Manager and District Coordinator. Torsten Laßmann holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt in Retail Management, Logistics, and International Management from Berufsakademie Lörrach as well as a Bachelor of Arts from The Open University, both completed between 2000 and 2003.
