Donna L. Cook

Donna L. Cook focuses her practice on employment law and general liability. She is experienced in all facets of general civil litigation including mediations, arbitrations, motion practice, and appellate work. She is also experienced in all areas of litigation for personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, labor law, general liability, and dram shop litigation.

Ms. Cook is a Continuing Legal Education lecturer on the topic of social networking and HIPAA law in civil litigation. She has conducted seminars for claims representatives at insurance carrier clients regarding current legal issues in insurance defense, including the life of a civil lawsuit, social networking, and liens. Previous to practicing law, Ms. Cook worked as an investigative agent for Workers’ Compensation fraud, and as a Certified Peace Officer in Broome County, NY, Supreme Court.
